Attorney Ron Wainrib has written, edited, published and produced legal information and educational material on new developments in labor, employment, and employee benefits law that legal and business audiences need to know for more than 20 years.

Employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, family and medical leave, workers compensation, workplace privacy, internet liabilities, risk management, employment practices liability, drug testing and employee surveillance, independent contractor and "temporary" employment, employee handbooks, public sector labor relations, severance, employee benefits, ERISA and health insurance reform are a sample of the cutting edge legal developments he has covered through seminars, research and publications.

He has worked with leaders of law, business, government and industry in the Boston area, nationally and internationally. He served as Director of Continuing Legal Education with the Boston Bar Association, Researcher/Writer for a prominent Boston law firm, consultant to local and national law and business education firms, and owner of a business education service company, Metro West Center for Continuing Education. Many thousands of professionals, executives and small business owners have benefited from his unique professional services.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Access to current Making News items and library are free, as are links and perspectives.  Our Bookstore features our popular and comprehensive Contingent Employment Law Manual, Contingent Employment Case Law Supplement, and Contingent Workforce Forms Book. These publications are available for individual or group purchase.

Our research and consulting services are available on an hourly fee basis.

Our educational and training seminars are provided through various sponsoring organizations who set the registration fees for those seminars. We do not establish or control the registration fees for these seminars or conferences.

Q: Who uses your service? Is it geared to lawyers or non-lawyers?

A: All professionals involved with employment and employee benefits legal issues will benefit from this service. It is designed for lawyers and non-lawyers, human resource and employee benefits professionals, business owners and corporate presidents, consultants and others, in private, public and non-profit sectors.
